Woven Metal Quilts are commissioned and crafted to the requirements of the
customer, in many layouts, weave patterns and color schemes. For some examples visit the 
The basic squares are created
with hand-woven copper, personal artifacts, and materials recycled from David Paul
Bacharach's studio. The 13" x 13" woven metal square costs $425 and is available
in many colors and weave patterns. Quilts can include collage squares, made of materials
chosen by the customer. Collage squares cost $500 to $950 and personalize a quilt with
items that have personal or business significance to the customer. Items that have been
used in collages include cell phones, computer parts, toys, tennis balls, golf tees, and
pencils.
Quilts
can be adjusted to suit any location. A few layout variations that can be created with the
basic 13" x 13" square are given below. Squares can be added or deleted from all
variations to suit the specific requirements of a particular location. We can provide you
with a variety of layout suggestions for your specific space and budget.
